How does the Subsription Service work?
When you sign up you simply select the styles and quantity you want to receive along with the delivery frequency option you desire. Each time your order is processed in accordance with your delivery option, your credit card will be charged automatically, and your nails will be delivered to your door!
When will I be charged for my Subscription?
Your credit card will be charged for your agreed order, up to every four weeks, depending on the delivery frequency you selected.
Can I change my subscription preferences?
Yes, you can change these any time. You may also swap to a different nail product within the same range.
Can I cancel my subscription?
Yes. If you no longer wish to receive your TL nails on a regular basis, you can simply cancel your subscription by logging into your account online. You need to ensure you cancel 10 business days prior to your renewal date to avoid being charged for the next month’s subscription. A minimum of three orders are required for a subscription.
Can I change my subscription delivery address?
Yes you can. Simply log into your account. Once logged in, click the manage subscriptions link.
Can I do a one-off transaction if I have a subscription?
Of course! When selecting the product you want to purchase, select the option “this is a one-off purchase” when adding to your shopping cart and check-out as normal.
