Shipping & Delivery

By completing an order with us and processing your payment you are accepting the following terms and conditions regarding the shipping and delivery of your purchase.

Order Information

Once your order is received please allow 1-2 business days for this to be processed.  Orders will not be processed or shipped on weekends or NZ Public Holidays but will be processed on the next business day. Business days are Monday to Friday and exclude public holidays.

Where do we ship to?

We currently ship within New Zealand and to the following international destinations:

Australia, Austria, Belgium, Brazil, Canada, China, Cook Islands, Costa Rica, Croatia, Czech Republic, Denmark, Ecuador, El Salvador, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hong Kong, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Japan, Macau, Malaysia, Mexico, Netherlands, Norway, Philippines, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Samoa, Singapore, Slovenia, South Korea, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, Taiwan, Thailand, Tonga, UK, USA, Vanuatu, Uruguay and Vietnam.

Shipping Charges

We offer free shipping within NZ for all orders over $65 NZD.

Standard Shipping within New Zealand incurs a flat rate of $4.99 NZD
Standard Shipping to Australia incurs a flat rate of $9.99 NZD
Standard Shipping on International orders incurs a flat rate of $14.99 NZD

Estimated Shipping times for despatched orders:

Within New Zealand                       estimated 2-4 business days. 

Please allow an extra 2-3 days for Rural deliveries

Australia                                          estimated 6-10 business days. 

Please allow an extra 2-3 days for Rural deliveries

Other International Countries:         estimated 15 business days

Despatched orders are when the product is shipped.

Delivery Information

You will be supplied a tracking number via an email notification once despatched, so you can keep track of your package.  It is your responsibility to ensure that you have supplied us with the correct shipping address.  We do not send signature required unless specifically requested and a small fee may be charged for this.

Do we ship to a PO Box?

Yes, we happily ship to PO Boxes

Delayed or Lost Delivery

If your nails were in stock when the order was placed, these would have been despatched within our normal processing times.  Once orders have been despatched at our end your order is in the hands of the courier companies.  We give estimated guide times for delivery within NZ and to International destinations.  If you haven’t received your order after these times then please contact us via our Contact page or email shipping@teddylane.com and include your order details along with your parcel tracking number.  Teddy Lane is not responsible or obligated to replace or refund any orders where we have been supplied an incorrect shipping address.  If the package has been marked as ‘Delivered’ then please check to ensure you have supplied us the correct address for shipping. 

Customs charges – (only applicable on International Orders)

Customs and Duty charges are a legal obligation and country specific.  Please check your own country requirements regarding this.  Your local customs office will be able to assist you with any further information regarding this.  By placing an order with Teddy Lane you agree that any payment of customs duties and taxes are your responsibility. Teddy Lane is not responsible or liable for any customs duties or taxes on international orders. 

Incorrect Address

Please ensure you double check your address before confirming your order.  If a package is returned to us because the address supplied to us was incorrect, you will be required to pay for a second shipping fee to have it resent to the correct address.
